At TitanForge, we keep things simple, clear, and respectful. Our entire ecosystem is built on the foundation of Happy. Healthy. Wealthy.

We believe business should be honest, direct, and human. That means no fine print games, no confusing contracts, and no chasing. Just clarity, execution, and mutual respect.

If you use our services, you declare that you are:
    •    An adult
    •    Conscious and capable of making your own decisions
    •    Fully aware of the value you’re buying into

We do not do business with people who expect us to make decisions for them. If you’re not acting with intention and clarity, we’re not the right partner.

2. BILLING STRUCTURE

We currently offer The Handoff System as our flagship online service. It’s simple:
    •    Brand Setup (one-time): CAD $147 + applicable tax
    •    Paid up front
    •    Non-refundable
    •    Full Access Subscription: CAD $297/month + applicable tax
    •    Recurring monthly payment
    •    No contracts
    •    Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to stop future payments

3. REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds. Ever.

Why? Because:
    •    You know what you’re buying
    •    We deliver exactly what we say
    •    You’re free to stop anytime

There’s no pressure, no obligation, and no excuses.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

You are 100% free to cancel at any time.
    •    If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.
    •    No cancellations are applied retroactively. No partial month refunds.

We make it easy to stop, because we don’t want anyone staying for the wrong reasons.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing any product or service from TitanForge.co, you agree that:
    •    You take full responsibility for your decision to buy
    •    You understand there are no refunds
    •    Your subscription remains active until you cancel.

We act in good faith and expect the same from you. We run lean, focused systems that serve people who are ready.

6. LEGAL & TAXES

TitanForge is operated by 9464-9209 Québec Inc., under exclusive license from NonFungibleCompany.co, the owner of all IP.

Prices are displayed in either CAD or USD depending on the offer. The applicable currency is always stated before checkout.
Applicable taxes will be charged based on your location.
