Today that happens in two ways:
- Research contribution – founders occasionally take part in short, open-ended insight work around growth, trust, and the current online model.
- Applied trials – a very small Positive Sum Founders Lab: a 12-month collaboration where we install and refine a trust-driven conversation system inside an existing business as part of the Phase 3 research.
None of this is a “program” or a funnel. It’s deep architectural work and applied research with a few missions that merit it.
